Ever heard of the phrase "books before boys because boys bring babies"? Well, in this episode we look at an unprovoked case study of abortion of a church girl. In this episode, there are nervous giggles to ease the depth and seriousness of abortion. All this in hopes of asking and starting a conversation about abortion in your little corner, to nib the thought of abortion especially if it's driven by fear. Do you know any abortion stories? How do you feel about abortion? Do you think it's a forgivable choice of sin? Have you ever spoken to teenagers/ young adults about this? Is it something worth speaking about to each other? Are there avenues to help females/ males who have decided to have termination of pregnancy? Do you believe that abortions take advantage of grace bazakes? #NotAdvocatingForAbortion. Ooh, Join us!
This episode is brief yet filled with an abundance of questions. A young disclaimer: I'm not necessarily advocating for abortion bazakes! ☕ Hey basadi le bo Rre, dumelaaaaaaaang! Welkom terug! :) Have you ever spoken about planned peranthood/ Abortion with your masses, your friends, your partner, family or church groups? Do you know anyone who has experienced a miscarriage or spontaneous abortions? What's your take regarding the stigmatisation that comes with abortion? Oooh! Have you ever seen or heard of a woman or a man who disclosed that they have had an abortion in the Church? What's the consequences thereof, especially since people who have disclosed their actual pregnancies receive a 'humiliating'/ desensitised feedback in certain churches? Do churches speak about stillborns, miscarriages & abortions or are they primarily concerned with the babies and mothers who are known and seen? 😮 In the episode, we find out the different kinds of abortions (not explicitly) and explain what miscarriage is. Did you know that women experience similar physical& emotional effects whether they have a miscarriage or an abortion? Then why do you think that we tend to be more sympathetic towards women who have had miscarriages than those who have had abortions? 👶 Is it because abortion is a choice, it may be premeditated and is somewhat immoral?... Did you know that in South Africa between 2018-2019 an approximate number of total abortions had was 105 358 vs in 2016-2017 where the total number was 83 707 for female aged 10-14 years, 15-19 years & 20 years and above? Another question: Do think that there is an increase or decline in abortions stats for 2020-2021 especially since there was an increase of teenage pregnancies? ... Share your thoughts 🐚

Oh goodness !Dumelang bazakes! Thank you for your patience. I had to make some sacrifices, the network:( was pulling stunts since publishing hour maar we are!!!!!!Welcome! Thank you for joining the conversation of Introspective Friendship. To all the masses, happy youth &pride month! Sooooooooooo.... In this episode I am alone, all relaxed and collected because while doing research I realized that I have not been sacrificing space and time for the little friends I have. When re-reading the definition of what love is, I caught feelings, only because to some extent I have been "insisting on my own ways" which goes contrary to what the Good News says love is.No love lost: We live and learn. Perhaps you will do stock taking s well:) and we will become the better we think we need to be. Any way, inasmuch as I got to be uncomfortable, I present to you an uncut fifty minutes of how sacrifice, love languages and rewards may be intertwined in friendships. Now, when we talk about sacrificial  friendships we are talking about the friends you have Chosen:Intimate & close friends within the 5 friendship pyramid. Did you know that there are 5 love languages?Did you know that learning and communicating through your friends' love language and your own is a mixture of sacrifice, whether out of love or obedience? HOW??? It teaches you to be selfless  and says that 'i see you& I am understanding'. While we are at it, what's your  primary & secondary love languages :words of affirmation, quality time, gift giving, physical touch or/ and acts of service? I ask the question: Isn't  important that we are as intentional with and in our friendships as much we are in our romantic, parental and sibling relations?Or is it cool that we have half baked and half invested friendships that are only taken care of "at our earliest convenience?" To the Woke friends and Awesome ones, share your two cents on what your perceived sacrifices are (good or otherwise) and let's celebrate in conversation!
